Interior Painting

From ceilings down to baseboards, we can paint it.

  • We caulk and fill any voids before painting.
  • We sand and/ or clean trim and doors before painting with an oil-based enamel to ensure good results.
• Walls are painted with high quality latex paint in a wide array of finishes from flat to high gloss depending on the area to be painted and the homeowner’s preference.
• Wall receptacles are removed during painting and replaced after completed.
• All work done to customer’s satisfaction.

Exterior

We start by pressure-washing the surfaces to be painted to clean all dirt off and ensure a clean, sound surface to be painted. Next, we scrape and sand any loose and peeling paint.   We also fully caulk the exterior, including windows, as needed with high quality caulking. Rotted and damaged siding and trim is replaced as needed. All new and/ or bare wood are primed with high quality exterior primer. Then we’ll mask off brick, cover windows, and apply a thick, lasting coat of high quality exterior latex paint in a finish of your choice. Accent colors and trim are optional. Lifetime warranty finishes are also available.

Sheetrock Repairs

From doorknob holes in walls to water damaged ceilings from a roof leak, we can repair it. We start by installing new sheetrock as needed.  Then we tape and bed, and texture to match.  We’ll be glad to paint it when it’s done, too.

Carpentry

Whether you need crown moulding or a door installed, need repairs, remodeling, adding some built-in cabinets, or trim upgrades, we can do it.

Construction

Add-ons, renovations, wall modifications. All turn-key.

Wallpaper Removal

Removal of wallpaper , prep wallboard, and apply textures.

Custom Textures

From original textures in your home already to Skip Trowel textures we can do them all.

Texture Removal

Removal of that old popcorn type texture from ceilings and application of other, more modern textures.

Faux Finishes

From glazing of walls to antiquing or distressing cabinets.

Cabinets

“From Stained to Painted”- Sanding stained cabinets followed by application of oil-based primer. Caulking and filling voids. Two-coats of high quality oil-based enamel.
”Antiquing”-same process as above with glazing added after painting to accent. After glazing a high quality acrylic urethane clearcoat applied to add further protection and beauty.

Pressure-washing

Flat work (concrete), graffiti removal, stains, or just cleaning of your painted home to remove dirt and wash to improve appearance and remove cobwebs, etc.

Garage Floors

Application of stains, urethanes, and custom finishes.

Radiant Barrier

Installing spray-on radiant barrier attic coating reduces energy bills by as much as 20% by reducing attic temperatures in summer.
